Well, It's been an interesting few weeks. The past few weeks have seen a good warm-up in the water.
The tarpon have finally started chomping well. So far though, the morning bite has been much better than the evening bite. Fishing out in the bay has been great for cobia, permit, and goliath grouper. There's still even been some king mackerel around. The past few days, we've caught several tarpon in the morning and then fished for multiple species during the afternoon. The highlights have been lots of big permit and several big cobia that we caught today. The bite has been getting good and should only get better on in to May and June.
